‘Salman the Persian’ wraps up first shooting phase

The shooting for the first phase of Davoud Mirbaqeri’s ‘Salman the Persian’ has wrapped up.

Mirbaqeri’s latest mega-project produced by Hossein Taheri finished shooting in Qeshm Island in south of Iran.

The foreign actors of the movie have all returned to their countries after the end of the shooting.

Many actors from Greece, Morocco and Turkey are present in ‘Salman the Persian’.

With ‘The Fateful Day’ star Alireza Shojanouri to star as Salman, Mirbaqeri’s 40-part biopic covers the life of one of Prophet Mohammad’s [PBUH] closest companions, Salman the Persian, from adolescence until the prophet’s death and Salman’s return to his home city of Mada’in.

In addition to Shojanouri, Farhad Aslani, Ali Dehkordi, and Mohammad-Reza Hedayati are on the cast list with more than 1500 Iranian and international actors.
